Inside, you'll find an updated kitchen with stainless appliances, fast wifi, and three smart TVs. Outside, relax around the fire pit, take in the amazing sunsets, or bring your boat and enjoy plenty of space at the boathouse at the end of the 175 foot dock. High Speed Internet/WiFi available throughout the property (including at the dock) at 400+ Mbps!

Located just a short distance from the local farmer's market and surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place for fishing enthusiasts, nature lovers, and couples seeking a romantic escape.

A short 30 min drive to Downtown St Augustine gets you right into the middle of all that history and action - or 25 minutes can get you right to Crescent Beach - make sure to bring your 4 wheel drive vehicle and you can drive right onto the beach!

Where is Sunset River House located?
The house sits on the St. Johns River at 117 Riverside Blvd, East Palatka, Florida. Downtown St. Augustine is about 30 minutes away, and Crescent Beach is about 25 minutes by car.
How many people does the house sleep?
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 5 guests. The master suite has a queen bed, and the other two bedrooms have twin beds.
Can I bring my boat, and where do I keep it?
Yes. The property has a private 175-foot dock with a boathouse. You can moor up to 4 watercraft at the dock for $50 per boat per night for the duration of your stay. A free public boat ramp is also minutes away across the river.
Do you rent jet skis?
Yes. We rent jet skis on site for $550 per day, per ski. They come fueled and ready with a briefing before you head out, and dock mooring during your rental is included. Rentals are full days only, since jet skiing at night is not allowed.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 4:00 PM using a smart lock, and check-out is 10:00 AM. You can add early arrival or late check-out for $50 each, which shifts those times by two hours.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed. Please note that pets do live on the property, and the home is non-smoking. The primary renter must be at least 21.
Is there internet and WiFi?
Yes. High-speed WiFi runs throughout the property at 400+ Mbps, including out at the dock. The home also has a laptop-friendly workspace.
What is there to do nearby?
Fishing and boating on the St. Johns River are right out front, on some of the best bass water in the country. You are about 30 minutes from historic St. Augustine and 25 minutes from Crescent Beach, where you can drive a four-wheel-drive vehicle onto the sand. Rodman Reservoir and Lake George are a short drive for more fishing.
